01How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front and get two of them free: Pro is $80 a year instead of $96, Team is $100 per user instead of $120.
02Can I switch plans or intervals later?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and monthly ↔ yearly switches happen right away from Billing. Unused time on your current plan is credited on the new invoice.
03What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Files and their settings are kept; Pro-only settings simply stop applying until you upgrade again.
04Can I get my money back?
Yes — within 14 days of any payment you can request a full refund from Billing in one click. The money goes back to the card you paid with and the account moves to Free; your files are kept.
05What if a payment fails?
We retry the card and keep everything working for a 7-day grace period. Update your card in Billing any time — if it still fails after the grace period, the account drops to Free.
06How do Team seats work?
Team starts at 2 seats. The owner pays for every seat on one invoice and invites members by e-mail; each member gets all Pro features and 1 TB of their own storage.
07Do you store my card?
Only the card brand, last four digits and expiry are kept — the full number never touches our database. This self-hosted server runs payments in test mode.
